NAME

     ndssch - the NDS schema extension utility


SYNOPSIS

     ndssch [-t <treename>]<admin-FDN> <schemafile> ..

     ndssch [-t <treename>]<admin-FDN> <schemafile> 
     [schema description] ..

DESCRIPTION
     
     The ndssch utility can be used to extend the NDS schema. You 
     need to specify the full path to the schema file that needs 
     to be used to extend the schema.

OPTIONS

    admin-FDN 
        The name with full context of the NDS administrator with 
        rights to the tree [Root].

    schemafile
        The file that contains the the information about the
        schema to be extended.

    -t <treename>
        The name of the tree on which the schema is to be
        extended. This is an optional parameter. If this 
        parameter is not specified, the treename is taken from 
        the /etc/nds.conf file.

    schemadescription
        A string containing the description of the schema file.
