NCPSync is the Netware utility, that allows you to synchronize given directory 
to other server (and other directory) through NCP. 

More 4Gb file sizes are supported now. 

This utility supports 3 types of sync.
They are:
1 - one-time sync.
2 - scheduled by time intervals
3 - scheduled by given time

Now supports Cross-Tree synchronization. 
In this new version you must use config-file instead of command-line
